The autothermal compact catalytic wall reactor will be the product developed. This reactor will convert the methane into valuable chemicals like carbon (i.e., activated carbon, graphene), benzene, ethylene, etc., selectively with zero greenhouse gas emission. The highly energy-efficient process, scalable modular design, and low-cost reactor/ catalyst are the primary differentiation. These benefits will enable small quantity methane generators like stranded natural gas sites and methane flaring facilities in energy, waste management, and bioenergy industries to mitigate greenhouse gas economically.
